How does the 14 day trial work?
Simply sign up and try it out. If Spokal isn’t the right fit for your business, simply do nothing. Your free trial will expire and that’s all there is to it. No credit card required.
When will my account be charged??
When you decide to go ahead with Spokal. After that, it will be charged on a monthly basis (or annually if you choose to take advantage of the annual discounts.)
What if I go over my membership limits?
That probably means you’re doing something right! As you get more business through Spokal, we’ll happily grow with you. There are small surcharges if you go over the visitor or contact levels for your plans, but we’ll never charge you more than the next highest plan that fits your requirements.
I don’t have a WordPress website, can I still use Spokal?
Yes! You can use the Spokal Social plans no matter what your website is built in (or even if you don’t have a website). The Spokal Inbound plans only work with WordPress sites.
So there’s no annual contract?
That’s right. Sign up for monthly billing and you can cancel at any time.
Can I change my membership at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade, change or cancel your membership at any time. We built Spokal to be open and affordable so you can market your business effectively – and that means Spokal adapts with you as you grow too. We’ll pro-rate any difference on upgrades or downgrades as well.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, MasterCard and AMEX. All payments are securely handled by Stripe and we do not receive or store your credit card details.
Can I book private training?
You can book private 1 hour consulting sessions with us – all sessions are conducted on the phone, skype or via webinar. Prices start at $145/hr. Please contact support inside of Spokal to book a session.
